Groups allow users to share articles with other members who share a common interest in a topic. Join a group to submit topical articles that other members would be interested in. Some groups may require membership approval before you become part of the group.

Airlines such as Virgin Blue are fleecing customers. When we buy an item or return/exchange a product in a supermarket, we aren't charged fees ! Richard Branson is worth millions of dollars ! Customers are not millionaires. We are forced to sign statements making us liable for fees if we change a date of flight or the name of the traveller. I made a booking for 30 Dec 09. I needed to change the date of flight to 30 Jan 2010. Virgin blue slugged a $48.50 fee for making this change via its website. I rang them within 24 hours of noting that a mistake had been made in the month. They refused to change the date of booking, unless I paid the $48.50, including credit card fees etc. We need to send a clear message to the airline industry that this is day light robbery of customers. We should create a campaign to address this issue. STOP THE ROBBERY. PROTEST !!!
